In TLC we teach you to provide valuable services and get paid well for those services. This month’s focus in collections is running the zero balance practice. Never allow anyone’s balance to go over 250.00. Stay on top of the financial agreements made and remember that helping a patient never exceed their agreed upon balance arrangements will enable the patient to continue with your care.
Do not overlook a patient’s balance and think that you are helping the patient. You help the patient when you lovingly confront the patient and hold them accountable, just as we hold you the doctor’s accountable in TLC.
